Aaron Suttenfield

Aaron Suttenfield is the CEO and Co-Founder of RDS Lawn Care in Charlotte, NC. With 27 years of experience as a career entrepreneur, he’s built and led multiple 7-figure divisions in the service industry.

 

His priorities—faith, family, and business—guide how he leads and works with others. Aaron is passionate about helping owners build scalable, profitable businesses.

 

The companies he’s coached have seen real improvements: higher revenue, better margins, stronger teams, and more fulfilled owners.

Dan Ralphs

Dan has spent the last 13 years coaching hundreds of CEOs leading $1M+ companies, helping them create clear vision, build strong teams, and secure the right resources to grow. He’s all in on supporting leaders who want to build companies that win in business and take care of their people.

 

With a Master’s in Leadership Education and a background as a Dream Manager at Keap, Dan brings both strategy and heart to his work. He’s also a certified Elite Business Growth Method Facilitator.

 

Outside of work, Dan and his wife have been married for 20 years and are raising five amazing kids.

Jennifer is an accomplished accounting professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the field. She began her career as a dedicated college professor for six years, sharing her accounting expertise with aspiring students. This academic foundation seamlessly transitioned her into small business accounting, where she collaborated closely with entrepreneurs to support the establishment and growth of their ventures.

 

For the past 11 years, Jennifer has thrived as a CFO consultant, offering invaluable financial guidance to small and mid-sized businesses. Her proficiency in financial strategy and management has made her a trusted advisor for business owners navigating the complexities of their financial landscapes.

 

Aside from her professional achievements, Jennifer is a proud mother of three and values family time above all else.

Melissa Austria

Mel brings a solid background in accounting with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and 8 years of corporate experience, including roles as Audit Staff, Internal Auditor, and Team Lead Auditor.

 

She’s worked as an accountant for a mortgage lending company in Colorado and as a bookkeeper at an accounting firm in Texas.

 

Mel has managed books for clients across various industries and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, making her a dependable and detail-focused resource for small business financials.
